Helen Hagemann MBA (Wrtg) ECowan

Helen holds a Masters in Writing from Edith Cowan University. Her chapbook Evangelyne & Other Poems is published by the Australian Poetry Centre, Melbourne (2009) and her second collection, of Arc & Shadow, is published by Sunline Press, Western Australia (2013). Helen has three novels published, The Last Asbestos Town is published as a second edition (2023), a second novel The Ozone Café is also a 2nd Edition published as an ebook & print book  in 2023. The Five Lives of Ms Bennett, a result of work carried out as a Masters In Writing, is published by Oz.one Publishing in 2023. Bounty: Prose Poetry  is also published by Oz.one Publishing in 2024. Helen has taught creative writing at the Fremantle Arts Centre for 12 years in association with the OOTA Writers Group. During this time, she also taught poetry at the Grove Library for the OOTA poets. Helen’s work and articles can be found on her website and her books are available on all good online bookstores.
